Returns, Refunds & Shipping Disclaimer

All sales are final. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, including but not limited to caviar and related specialty food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they reach you in optimal condition. However, any loss, delay, damage, or other issue that occurs during shipping is the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier. Persepolis is not liable for any problems that arise once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery.
